Frequently asked questions
For production workloads and commercial products, pay as you go: no extra quota limits, cost scales linearly with usage, and every dollar is attributable down to the token. For individual development, learning or exploration, a subscription will be simpler once it ships — a flat fee, no per-call accounting.
Subscriptions aren't live yet, so everyone is on pay as you go today.

Credits are prepaid balance on your account, used only to pay for inference. They can't be withdrawn. Top-ups land immediately and are drawn down by actual usage.
