List Base URLs

Returns the API base URLs currently in service. The default base URL is listed first; the others are fallbacks.

Notes#

• baseUrl already includes /v1 and can be used directly as the OpenAI SDK base_url. The Anthropic and Gemini SDKs take the hostname alone; see the Overview.
• Results are cached for up to 60 seconds.
• Typical uses: switching to a fallback when the default base URL is unreachable, or retrieving the current public base URLs in operations scripts.
